Total price including any shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Deposits are required within 24 hours of choosing your puppy and is non-refundable.  If the breeder is unable to deliver said puppy due to unforeseen circumstances such as death of puppy while in breeder’s care, deposit would be refunded in full unless purchaser wishes to transfer deposit to another available puppy.   This is rare however, we are dealing with living creatures and the unexpected can sometimes occur.

Puppies will never be released prior to 8 weeks of age and are typically ready to join their new family around 9 to 11 weeks of age.  Keep in mind this is a rough estimate some puppies stay a little longer depending on their growth and development.

In accordance with Florida State Laws, the breeder guarantees that this puppy is eight (8) weeks of age or older has been seen by a licensed veterinarian, is free of intestinal and external parasites, age appropriate vaccines were administered by a licensed veterinarian, and an official health certificate has been issued by licensed veterinarian.

A one (1) year of age replacement warranty is given for any congenital disease that caused your puppy to expire (die).  A notarized veterinarian report with findings, stating to a medical certainty (FULL NECROPSY) that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required.  Buyer will be required to send the notarized veterinarian report by registered mail along with all of the puppy’s medical records to the breeder.  The breeder’s veterinarian will review report and must confirm diagnosis.  The breeder will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.  Replacement warranty will be void if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date health records of vaccinations and fecal exams.  This warranty does not cover diseases for which vaccinations could prevent.  Puppy needs to be seen by buyer’s veterinarian at the time the next set of puppy shots are due (date discussed at pick up).  Under no circumstances will breeder be responsible for veterinary bills that the buyer has incurred.  No monies will be refunded, this is a replacement warranty only.  This warranty does not cover minor conditions, including but not limited to: umbilical or inguinal hernias, open fonts, pinched nostrils, coccidia, giardia, or kennel cough.  Hypoglycemia is also not covered.  The breeder will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or replacement warranty.  The breeder will assume no responsibility for landlord’s disapproval, family member’s allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the puppy has left breeder’s premises.  The buyer agrees that this puppy will never be resold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility.  If the buyer is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, the puppy is to be returned to the breeder at no compensation to the buyer unless we have discussed options and breeder approves.

No guarantee is made in regards to adult size, bite, or color, as size estimates are solely based on breeder’s experience and colors can fade/change as the puppy matures.

This puppy is sold with LIMITED AKC registration (pet only No Breeding Rights), the buyer agrees to have said dog altered (spayed/neutered) by 7months of age.  If buyer wishes to have AKC paperwork for the puppy purchased, after puppy has been altered, buyer must send proof of spay/neuter to breeder. Upon receiving this document, breeder will then, mail the proper AKC papers.

No other guarantee is made or implied, except as stated in this written guarantee/warranty.  Warranty applies to the original buyer only and is not transferable.

Hypoglycemia Information

Hypoglycemia is a very common condition in young puppies.  Hypoglycemia is low blood sugar.  Puppies not eating enough food, burning more energy playing than they consume, or the stress of going to a new home causing them not to eat much, may all trigger hypoglycemia.  As the new owner of a new puppy, it is your responsibility to make sure your puppy eats.  If your puppy gets low blood sugar you may notice your puppy sleeping a lot, vomiting, having lack of coordination, trembling, or seizures.  Hypoglycemia is very serious and can result in death.  This is NOT covered in your health guarantee as this is NOT a congenital or hereditary defect and it can easily be prevented with careful observation and proper care.

For the health and safety of your puppy, it is extremely important for you to follow the feeding directions I give you for your puppy.   When your puppy leaves my home, I will be sending home a sample bag of our food.  You will need to leave your puppy on our food until 3 months of age.  You will need to leave dry food out 24/7 for your puppy to access.  Two to three times a day give the puppy some canned food to encourage eating.  Mix in a little dry kibble with the canned food.  Allow your puppy some “down time”.   Growing puppies need periods of rest.

By signing below, the buyer is acknowledging that he/she has read the above information and accepts responsibility, care, and nourishment of said puppy by following the breeders feeding instructions and advice.  The buyer understands that Hypoglycemia is NOT covered in the health guarantee as this is not a congenital or hereditary defect.  The acceptance of this responsibility begins the moment the puppy leaves the breeder’s home. The breeder will NOT release any puppy who is not eating puppy food normally on his/her own.  The breeder will not release a puppy younger than 8 weeks of age in accordance with Florida State Laws.
